His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, inaugurated the Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition in its new edition for the year 2023, which will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center during the period from 7-10 March, in the presence of a number of senior officials from government and financing agencies and companies. real estate development.
During the opening ceremony, Al-Hogail witnessed the launch of real estate funds with a total value of more than 4 billion riyals, in order to provide more than 4 thousand housing units in Riyadh and Medina on an area exceeding 1 million square meters.
