Municipal service requests aim to provide a new service to the beneficiary to help improve their quality of life and serve them in the required and correct manner for a group of specific classifications.

This is a service provided to government and private entities throughout the Kingdom. It enables early notification of major construction projects by submitting a request for scheduling a project through the Balady portal. The request goes through a coordination and approval cycle, and an approved coordination report is issued. This report is a requirement for obtaining a building permit for the project.

This service allows the client to submit a note (report) for processing by the relevant authority in the municipal sector, according to specific classifications.
