Responsibility of open-data users:

  • All users and beneficial of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural affairs & Housing e-portal and its services should be familiar to open-data policy and its regular updates, all the available open-data are for user's awareness.
  • By reading the policies and the procedures of the open-data on MOMRAH e-portal will be considered as an acknowledgment by the users or beneficial to be adhere to the provisions.
  • Ministry of of Municipal and Rural affairs & Housing allows their users and beneficial to view all the open-data as well as they have all the rights to use these data as its free of cost, without any slightest responsibilities on MOMRAH's side, 
  • The user of the open data shall be responsible for reusing the data in the MOMRAH'S e-portal, and the reuse of this data should not result in any errors related to the content, source, and date of the data.

Responsibilities of Ministry of Municipal and Rural affairs & Housing:

  • The Ministry does not guarantee the continuous availability of these data or any part of it.
  • The ministry is not responsible of any mistakes or lost date of open-data.
  • The Ministry is not responsible of intellectual products, studies or reports of open-data.
  • The Ministry is not responsible of any misuse or damages could face an entity, individual or a party of using the published open-data on e-portal.
  • The Ministry is not responsible towards the users, damages or loose of open-data on e-portal, that may occur to them due to its re-use.

Conditions of re-use open-data:

  • The user should not change/distort any published open-data for whatever reason.
  • The user should not use the open-data of MOMRAH's e-portal for political purposes, illegal and criminal activities, any comments or negative impact on culture or traditions in the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia.
  • The user should be aware of reusing the open-data by mentioning the source of the open-data taken from MOMRAH's e-portal to preserve the intellectual property of the data.
  • The user should check re-using e-portal open-data free of mistakes or inaccurate information.
  • The user has no permissions to use open-data as if they are an official entity or has been authorized to be published privately.
  • By reading the terms and conditions of re-use open-data in MOMRAH's e-portal, considered as an acknowledgment to abide by terms and conditions of the open-data reuse policy.
