2) Choose the main complaint type - category and sub-category.

3) Determine the special classification.

4) Determine and confirm the location of the complaint from the map, or it will be determined automatically according to the classification.

5) Add the description.

6) Attach attachments of the complaint.

7) Acknowledging the validity of the data and then submitting the report.
